Call 1-866-VIP-YACHTS (1-866-847-9224) (International Call: 1-340-774-9224) to speak with one of our VIP Charter Agents for assistance, to check availability, or to make a reservation for your yacht. We will hold your reservation for a few days to allow you to make travel arrangements for your party. Your deposit will confirm the charter.
Upon Booking: 25% of charter fee total
90 days prior to charter start: Total Balance Due
More than 90 days prior to charter: $350 fee
Within 90 days of scheduled charter: No refund
Change of charter dates is considered to be a cancellation, and will incur a $350 fee. We offer trip cancellation protection through TravelGuard, the #1 travel insurance company.
Our yachts are maintained to the highest possible standards, but as with things mechanical, not everything works perfectly all the time. VIP Yacht Charters wants your charter to be perfect, and we want to make it right in case something goes wrong.
During any cruising day (8 A.M. to 5 P.M.), should your yacht be out of commission for four hours after notifying our base, we'll give you a credit for additional time to add to your vacation (if your yacht is available) or to use on your next charter of seven days or more. Your choice.
While we're not able to guarantee your itinerary (we may ask you to meet our service personnel at some mutually convenient place), there are so many wonderful things to do in the Virgin Islands that this should pose no hardship at all.
